Ferro Bulloni PFZ Polyester Coating treatment (galvanizing + nanotechnology + plasticising) calls for a first phase which, for "T" posts, consists of hot dip galvanizing of the profile done in our dedicated galvanising plant in Rogeno (Italy).Galvanized “T” posts and all our other pre-galvanized products, then go through the same coating cycle with a first phase of degreasing, followed by washing, rinsing with demineralized water, and finally, a protective film is applied to the substrate using nanotechnology, which creates the necessary conditions for perfect binding of the thermosetting resins.
The product is then dried in preparation for the subsequent phase in which polyester resins are applied with subsequent firing in the furnace through the polymerisation process which binds the polyester layer to the substrate.
