SENDZIMIR HOT GALVANISING

Sendzimir galvanising, whose name is derived from that of its inventor Tadeusz Sendzimir, is a process of continuous hot-dip galvanising of steel sheets and strips, which takes place directly in steel mills during the production of metal sheet or of the strip itself, in compliance with UNI EN 10142-10147-10292 Standards.

The surface is prepared by using heat treatments able to burn and remove oil emulsion residues, and reduce the oxides in an inert atmosphere.

Ferro Bulloni uses only Sendzimir galvanised sheets with zinc coverage equal to 275 gm/m² to manufacture its products.
