Following the wire drawing process of the wire rod, the wire is hot-dip galvanised in a pure zinc bath according to the UNI EN 10244-2 Standard. To achieve an optimal level of galvanising, the steel must be cleaned in advance by chemical degreasing and pickling to eliminate any layers of oxidation, other foreign substances and residues generated by previous processing.

This process provides a brilliant finish, a constant level of zinc weight per square metre and a perfect iron-zinc alloy. In this manner, the product is guaranteed to offer maximum resistance and durability over time.
